**In short:** Cosmo Californie Media works as the paid search team behind marketing agencies that want to sell and scale Google Ads and Microsoft Ads without hiring internally. We run the accounts under the agency's brand, own performance and infrastructure across the whole manager account, and build reporting frameworks the agency's account managers can present to clients directly. For a medical marketing agency we ran the full Google Ads MCC and took its churn-risk accounts from 22 of 71 (31%) to 3 of 98 (3.1%) in nine months, and for a restoration-industry agency we built the Looker Studio reporting that turned PPC from a churn-prone offering into a growth channel.

## What does white-label SEM mean?

Your agency keeps the client relationship, the brand and the pricing. We run the paid search accounts behind the scenes: audits, builds, daily management, conversion tracking and the reporting, delivered in a form your account managers can present as their own. The client sees your agency. We see the accounts, the manager account and the patterns across them.

In 2025 we supported three agencies this way across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, one deeply niched in medical practices across the United States and Canada, one in water, fire, flood and mould damage restoration, and one serving SaaS and training clients.

## What results have you produced for agencies?

For the [medical marketing agency](https://go.cosmocalifornie.com/gads-whitelabel-1-en) we started with 10 accounts in April 2025 and were running the whole Google Ads manager account by June. The agency measures churn risk every quarter from real patient inquiries rather than dashboard conversions. When we started, 22 of 71 accounts were flagged red, a 31% rate. By January 2026 it was 3 of 98, a 3.1% rate, with 27 new accounts onboarded in the same period. We got there by building internal data warehousing and reusable performance frameworks for each medical niche, so a struggling account could be compared directly against the top performers and fixed with what was already working elsewhere.

For the [restoration-industry agency](https://go.cosmocalifornie.com/looker-1-en), the paid search we ran was producing leads, but the agency could not show clients a return and was losing PPC accounts. We built a Looker Studio dashboard that put Google Ads cost per lead next to cost per qualified lead from CallRail data, trained the account managers to use it on client calls, and PPC went from a churn-prone offering to a credible growth channel. By late 2025 the agency was acquired by private equity.

## How does the engagement work?

We start with a sample of accounts, usually ten, so the agency can judge the work before handing over the book. Each account gets the same audit against a checklist of more than 50 settings, a conversion definition built from the client's real customers rather than phone clicks, and the location targeting, keyword discipline and landing page routing the vertical needs. Across the book we build the data layer: accounts compared side by side, baselines for what good looks like in each niche, and the alerts that catch sliding performance before a client notices.

Reporting is designed for your account managers. They get the numbers in a form they can present, the talking points behind them, and training on how to run a client conversation around visibility and shared accountability rather than defensive reporting.

## What does it cost?

A monthly fee per account, scaled to the size of the book and the spend it manages, agreed with the agency in advance. The agency sets its own client pricing. Account manager training, the reporting framework and the data warehousing are part of the engagement rather than extras. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted before it starts at $60 an hour.

## Who is it for?

Agencies that lead with SEO, web, social or Local Services Ads and want to add or fix paid search without hiring a specialist, agencies with a paid search team that is at capacity, and agencies in a vertical where our frameworks already exist: medical practices, home services and restoration, SaaS, and training and education. Our own agency book is small by design, about 20 clients, so a white-label partner gets the same senior attention as a direct client.

## Questions about this service

### Will our clients know Cosmo Californie is involved?
Only if you want them to. The accounts, reporting and communication run under your brand, and your account managers present the work. Some agencies introduce us as their paid search team; most do not.

### How many accounts can you take on?
We have run a full manager account of 98 accounts for one agency while onboarding 27 new ones over nine months. We usually start with around ten accounts so both sides can judge the fit, then take over the book in stages.

### Which verticals do you have frameworks for?
Medical practices across the United States and Canada, home services and restoration, SaaS, and training and education, from the agencies we supported in 2025 and 2026. A new vertical starts with the same audit and conversion work and builds its own baselines over the first quarter.

### Do you also do the client reporting?
Yes. We build the reporting framework, usually in Looker Studio, with the Google Ads cost per lead next to the cost per qualified lead from call tracking, and we train your account managers to present it. The reporting is yours to brand.

### Can you handle Microsoft Ads and Local Services Ads as well?
Yes. The 2025 white-label work covered Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, and Local Services Ads are part of the mix for local service verticals.

### How is churn risk measured?
By whatever the agency already uses, provided it is based on real leads rather than platform conversions. The medical agency's indicator uses a "Getting Leads" status built on marketing-qualified leads, which is why its red rate falling from 31% to 3.1% reflects patients contacting practices, not dashboard numbers.
